How to make a code have the same button as a Deact/Act

Basically what this means is, the button you press to activate your code, if you press it again it will be deactivated.
Here's an example on how to do so:

Here's my code I want to make a deactivator and activator the same button for:

So I put in the activator which I want, which will be "28341462 00008200" (1 and Home Held Together on WiiMote NTSCU) and it'll look like this:

Next we add the part that allows you to press that button again to deactivate it:

Then we add the deactivator to the code:
