[SSBB] [Stage Builder Unlimited Parts/Overlapping Parts]

Want to be creative when designing your custom stages with the stage builder? Tired of having limited amounts of parts that cannot overlap? Then try this code. This code removes restrictions so you can use as many parts as you want, and you can overlap them. They are two completely separate codes.
